Even more homey!

Ferencváros has been recently globally recognized, as it has won an award which is also called the Oscar of the trade. Based on and according to the consultations with the preliminary Design Council, we have taken the reworked designs of Allure Residence to the official Design Council session.

We had not hoped in vain, as the Design Council approved the designs. It was proven once again that the professional designer team (BORD Studio) and the responsible investor (ARB Invest Kft.) can implement a unique project in the district.

Our reworking aimed at making each apartment more practical and sunnier, and to create a closed park accessible to the residents only through the round-the-clock porter service. We took the reworked plans to the SESSION of the ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN COUNCIL set up by Municipal Decree No. 6/2013. (II.19.) of the Municipal Council of the 9th district, Ferencváros of Budapest Capital on the townscape-related commenting procedure and by Municipal Decree No. 8/2013. (IV.9.) of the Municipal Council of the 9th district, Ferencváros of Budapest Capital on the townscape-related announcement procedure and townscape-related obligations and by Municipal Decree No. 15/2014. (V.20.) of the same on the setting up of the local Architectural-Technical Design Council.

There is nothing to prove our success and the project better than the fact that the Architectural Design Council approved the new designs. The visual designs and the gallery compiled from them also prove that Allure Budapest Residence is a unique housing estate of the neighborhood. The redesigning changed the parameters, and thus the prices of certain flats (new layout drawings can be found here).
