An article of Portfolio says that there are lots of housing projects in Budapest and that 8,200 apartments may be built in the capital during the next 1-2 years. They have therefore collected the 20 major construction projects in Budapest. The list included Allure Residence Budapest as well, as the second largest housing investment in the capital.

80% of the investments over 100 apartments are in the 9th, 11th, 13th and 14th Districts, namely in Középső-Ferencváros, Kelenföld, Madárhegy, Angyalföld, Vizafogó and Zugló. The fact that the 9th district is on the list is not a coincidence, as it has also been awarded an “Oscar” for being one of the most amazing and most dynamically developing districts.
