Ferencváros has been awarded the “Oscar”

The so-called block rehabilitation program in Ferencváros was launched nearly 25 years ago. The aim was to create quality living spaces and green areas. The project could not have got any larger acknowledgement than being awarded the grand prize of FIABCI Prix d’Excellence 2016. This was the first time when a Hungarian investment was awarded this international quality prix, which is also called the “Oscar” of the trade, in the “Master Plan” category.

More than 1,200 fully renovated apartments, 76 thousand sqm. new or renewed green space, and a renovated new project extended with several new functions - these are some of the elements of the Ferencváros block rehabilitation projects. This was recognized with the Grand Prix of FIABCI Prix d’Excellence 2016 in the Master Plan category. FIABCI is the largest and most comprehensive international real estate association with a history of 61 years, with divisions in more than 120 professional organizations in 60 countries all over the world.

In the 9th district of Budapest, many billions of forints have been spent on renovations, renewals and municipality-initiated projects partly from own and partly from tendered sources. This dynamically developing, livable and special environment was our reason to choose Ferencváros as the location for implementing the Allure Residence Budapest. In order to be able to implement the project in a quality as good and as exclusive as possible, we have recently redesigned certain parts of the future residential buildings in order to make them better meet the expectations.
